Position Summary
Our company has a 30 year history of serving clients in a wide range of industires including, financial services and banking, agriculture, public sectors, manufacturers, service companies, tax and accounting firms.
Working independently but collaborating with an experiencd team, the VA Research & Marketing Assistant fouces on researching specific industries and companies operating within those industries and identifying candidates posessing specific experience and skills as clearly defined.
Effective use of search engine tools including but not limited to Linked in, indeed, zip recruiter, as well as our proprietary data base and AI recruting tools.
Extensive research of company websites, job boards, linked in pages and other, to identify prospective candidates with specific work experience and skills.
Follow established workflow process for initial contact with prospective candidates, basic data entry, obtaining resumes, sharing position descriptions and setting up phone interviews with the Recruiting Team.
As a Virtual Assistant, all information is available on-line, via a secure portal.
Required Qualifications
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Outgoing, self-motivated, curious, detailed, excellent communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits
10 hours a week completely flexible, project focused time. Hourly rate depending on qualifications and experience. Monthly and Quarterly Bonuses.
