About The Role We are seeking experienced Technical Recruiters with strong closure skills to manage a full-lifecycle recruiting desk independently. At Applied Intuition, you will: Manage a full-lifecycle recruiting process for Product Managers and Designers Become an expert in automotive and autonomous systems industries Provide leadership with data and recruiting metrics Manage recruiting programs Mentor junior recruiters and sourcers We are looking for candidates who have: 6+ years of recruiting experience Proven fast growth at a reputable agency In-house recruiting experience Experience at a venture-backed company Nice to have: People management experience Early-stage recruiting team experience Experience recruiting for Product Managers or Designers Compensation includes base salary, equity, and benefits, with a range of $148,000 to $202,000 USD annually depending on experience and location.
