Title : Senior Business Systems Analyst

Location: Irving, TX (in office Tues, Wed & Thurs)
We’re looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst who is both strategic and hands-on — someone who can dive into the details of complex systems, work closely with end users and developers, and drive solutions from concept to deployment. In this role, you’ll roll up your sleeves to gather and refine requirements, write user stories, analyze data using SQL, and support testing efforts, all while keeping stakeholders aligned and informed. You’ll also take the lead on shaping process improvements and mentoring others on the team.
