Earnings Potential:
Compensation is 100% commission-based and varies by effort and performance. The examples below reflect current agent averages, not guaranteed income.
Part-Time (6–12 appts/week): $2,500–$5,000+/month
Full-Time (15–20 appts/week): $7,000–$12,000+/month
Your Responsibilities:
Contact warm leads to set appointments via phone, Zoom, or in-person
Help clients choose personalized coverage options
Submit electronic applications and manage follow-ups
Participate in weekly team training and mentorship
Stay compliant with state licensing and carrier regulations
Requirements:
Active Life & Health License preferred (we’ll help you get licensed if needed)
U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
Must pass a background check
Access to a computer or laptop (tablets/iPads not sufficient)
Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others
Coachable, self-disciplined, and eager to grow professionally
A business mindset with the work ethic to match your goals
