Business Development Associate

• Complete a comprehensive onboarding and training program
• Make proactive outbound sales calls to recruit financial advisors
• Respond to and qualify inbound leads
• Meet daily call activity expectations and monthly performance goals
• Gain proficiency in sales enablement platforms and CRM systems
• Participate in ongoing training and development
• Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and market developments
• Maintain professionalism and uphold company values in all client interactions

• Entry-level sales role ? previous sales experience not required
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative
• Excellent communication and phone presence
• Strong questioning skills to qualify and close opportunities
• Driven, persistent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative team player with a positive, energetic attitude
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Some travel may be required
