Job Description
As an Account Coordinator on the OEM Team for Team Velocity, you must possess superior communication skills and have a working knowledge of Agency-Client relationships and processes. You will work closely with, OEM and Onboarding team members, Regional Account Director (RADs) and the Production Team to ensure timely deliverables. You will develop and maintain a working-level understanding of the automotive industry, company culture, products, services, strategic communication planning and integrated marketing strategies.
You are highly organized, task and detail-oriented, motivated, articulate, flexible, and capable of working under pressure. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service. Your academic and professional experience has instilled a sense of urgency without compromising the integrity of results.
This is an entry-level, full-time, salaried, on-site position located in our Phoenix, AZ office. Candidate must reside within daily commuting distance to the Phoenix office.
