Role Summary As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will develop and refine machine learning models, especially Large Language Models (LLMs), to improve our products and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build infrastructure supporting deployment and scalability of ML/AI solutions. Responsibilities Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for accuracy, efficiency, and adaptability. Design and develop agentic systems utilizing LLMs to automate workflows and enhance user experiences. Integrate LLMs into existing software ecosystems for seamless data exchange. Leverage LLMs for cognitive automation tasks like information extraction and summarization. Own the full development lifecycle of ML-powered tools and applications. Establish industry-leading standards for scalable, reliable machine learning solutions. Research and incorporate emerging trends in machine learning and NLP. Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions. Mentor junior team members and promote continuous learning. Qualifications Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related fields. 5+ years of experience in machine learning and software engineering, focusing on NLP and LLMs. Proficiency in Python, C++, Golang, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. Strong understanding of ML principles, algorithms, and evaluation metrics. Experience deploying ML models in production environments. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Passion for exploring and applying ML/NLP advancements. Pay and Benefits Salary range for California-based applicants: $162,800 - $203,500, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
