  • Support the annual year-end compensation planning cycle, including merit, incentive, and equity planning for assigned business units.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of global compensation policies and frameworks to ensure compliance and alignment with business goals.
  • Partner with finance and legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., FLSA, SEC disclosures, pay transparency laws).
  • Contribute to compensation-related projects, such as job architecture initiatives, career pathing, and the integration of new compensation tools and systems.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; Master's or professional certification (CCP) preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in compensation, financial services organizations preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation theory, market pricing, incentive plan design, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with compensation tools (e.g., Salary.Com, Workday, or similar).
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working in a dynamic, global, matrixed environment.
