About the Employer We are a unified school district serving more than 16,150 students in grades K -12. We have thirteen elementary schools, four middle schools, two comprehensive high schools, three specialized high schools, two alternative high schools and one K-8 school. Job Summary BASIC FUNCTION: Under the direction of the Director Special Education, assist with screening, assessing, and providing therapy to students with a variety of speech and language disabilities; perform a variety of clerical duties in support of speech and language services Schedule activities, prepare charts and records, prepare teaching aids, perform checks and maintenance of equipment, type, and duplicate material for classroom use, and assist with scheduling (SEE ATTACHED JOB DESCRIPTION FOR FULL DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS).
