Senior FP&A Analyst
Position Summary
Reporting to senior leadership, the Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst is responsible for delivering critical financial insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis processes, while also providing actionable recommendations to drive business performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning processes, including annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and long-range planning.

• Analyze financial and operational results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

• Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, including those for leadership meetings, board reviews, and ad hoc decision support.

• Develop scenario and sensitivity analyses to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.

• Monitor key performance indicators and partner with cross-functional teams to support business goals.

• Enhance reporting tools and processes to improve the accuracy and timeliness of financial insights.

• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and narratives aligned with overall business objectives.

• Collaborate across departments to gather information and ensure alignment with financial goals.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; able to synthesize data into business insights.

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial systems and business intelligence tools is a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with competing priorities and tight deadlines.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives.

• Strategic thinker who can connect financial analysis to broader business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or MBA is a plus).

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or a related finance role.

• Experience in a dynamic, growth-focused environment is preferred.

• Ability to work on-site as required by the organization.
