Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex for a Sales and General Manager. The Sales and General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. Key duties include developing business relationships, leading a dedicated team, coordinating restoration projects, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will also involve working closely with claims adjusters and utilizing advanced tools to support the restoration process.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales management, business development, and revenue growth
• Strong leadership, team management, and project coordination skills
• Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building abilities
• Familiarity with restoration industry tools and processes
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site
• Experience with claims adjustment and insurance processes is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Prior experience as an a claims adjuster is a bonus
