Role Overview As a Junior UI/UX Designer at Worth AI, you will contribute to user-centered design processes and help enhance the overall user experience of our innovative software solutions. This role is based in Orlando, FL—hybrid work arrangement. Responsibilities Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user specifications and create intuitive user flows and wireframes. Design visually appealing interfaces, balancing aesthetics with usability and accessibility principles. Conduct user research, surveys, and interviews to gather insights and ensure user-centric design decisions. Create user personas, storyboards, and user journey maps to define the end-to-end user experience. Develop interactive prototypes to showcase design concepts and facilitate user testing and feedback. Collaborate with development teams to ensure design implementation aligns with the intended user experience. Continuously iterate and refine designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and industry best practices. Required Qualifications and Experience 3+ years proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a software or technology company. Proficiency with design and wireframing tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Experience conducting user research and usability testing. Solid understanding of web and mobile design standards and trends. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to cross-functional teams. Prior experience in Risk, Underwriting, and/or Payments Industry is preferred.
