Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Order Management Specialist (Account Manager) located in Reno, NV. The Order Management Specialist is responsible for managing and processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy in order details, and maintaining constant communication with customers. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring orders, resolving any issues that arise during the order process, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.

  • Proficiency in Order Management and Order Processing
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Strong Account Management Skills
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools (Salesforce, Business Central ERP, Microsoft, etc)
  • Experience in the temperature control or related industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field - a plus!
