JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for managing, maintaining and optimizing the performance of our NetSuite ERP system.

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Bachelor’s Degree
  2. At least 3-5 years of hands-on NetSuite experience with customizations and data migration
  3. NetSuite Certified as Administrator with applicable programming and/or developer certification

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Must have a broad knowledge of NetSuite One-World, and possess strong problem-solving and communication skills. A strong understanding of the Work Order, Purchasing, Accounting, Fixed Asset, CRM and Reporting modules within NetSuite is a must.

  • Combined skillset of technical, business and financial capabilities
  • Fully efficient in custom record types, fields, forms, roles, permissions, page layouts, searches, reports and the NetSuite data model
  • Experience overseeing NetSuite integration, implementation and testing
  • Ability to support data import process and migration
  • Monitor and Troubleshoot NetSuite new Releases and updates
  • Create various configurations and customizations in NetSuite to meet business needs
  • Ongoing technical support for NetSuite users
  • Proven experience administering NetSuite ERP systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to effectively work with different departments, countries and users to provide support, training and new business requirements
  • Flexible scheduling to support multiple countries and time zones

TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT USED

Personal computer, including word processing, NetSuite and business software; telephone, cell phone, laptop and appropriate safety equipment. Must have a valid driver’s license by date of hire.
