In this exciting field position, you will: Build and nurture community relationships while driving self-generated sales. Meet sales goals and metrics, working independently to educate customers on Humana's health plan products. Engage with prospective members through face-to-face, virtual, and telephonic interactions. Participate in grassroots marketing, field sales events, and individual home visits to connect with potential clients. What We Are Looking For: Must be comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions with prospective members. Active Health Insurance license or the ability to obtain one before starting. Familiarity with technology, including laptops, mobile applications, and CRM tools. Proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Outlook. A valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance. Internet connection with a recommended minimum download speed of 25 Mbps. A dedicated workspace that protects member PHI/HIPAA information. Must reside within the assigned territory. Preferred Qualifications: Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance license. Associate's or Bachelor's degree. Experience with Microsoft TEAMS and PowerPoint. Background in community engagement, volunteerism, or public speaking. Bilingual abilities are a plus. Additional Information: High proficiency in a language other than English may require an assessment. Work Hours: Flexible meeting schedules with potential evening and weekend commitments. Training: Mandatory attendance for the first three to four weeks of employment. Travel: While this is primarily a remote role, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings might be required. This position involves a structured weekly schedule of 40 hours.
