In this role, you will: Establish and nurture community relationships. Drive self-generated sales to achieve sales targets. Directly interact with Humana’s customers and community through face-to-face, virtual, and telephonic meetings. Engage with prospects via grassroots marketing and home visits. Sell individual health plan products and educate beneficiaries about our services. This position offers a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to help individuals understand various products, including Life, Annuity, Indemnity, Dental, Vision, and Prescription plans. Key Responsibilities: Conduct face-to-face interactions with prospective members in their homes and public areas. Utilize technology, including laptops and mobile applications, to enhance sales efforts. Employ Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Outlook, for daily tasks. Maintain a valid Florida Health Insurance license and abide by driving safety guidelines. Work within the local territory (Lake, Marion, or Sumter County). Preferred Qualifications: Possession of an active Florida Life and Variable Annuity Insurance license. A degree (Associate's or Bachelor's) is appreciated but not required. Experience with Microsoft TEAMS and PowerPoint. Active engagement in community service and organizations. Experience in selling Medicare products is a plus. Bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish are valued. Background in public speaking and conducting presentations. Additional Information: This position is part of Humana’s Driver Safety and Vehicle Management Program, requiring a valid state driver's license and insurance verification. If hired, bilingual associates will need to pass a language proficiency assessment. Applicants may be asked to provide social security details during the review process for security purposes. Work Schedule: Flexibility is essential as meeting members often requires appointments during evenings and weekends. Training: Mandatory training for the first five weeks of employment.
