Gunster seeks a Marketing Communications Manager in its West Palm Beach office. This position is responsible for developing, executing, and managing comprehensive communications strategies that enhance the firm’s brand and reputation across the state and in markets that we serve. This role will oversee internal and external communications, media relations, digital content, and special events/campaigns, ensuring alignment with Gunster’s strategic objectives. The Marketing Communications Manager will serve as an integrated position, collaborating closely with the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), Director of Marketing (DOM), attorneys, firm leadership, and the marketing team to deliver impactful messaging and support business development initiatives. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field, five years’ experience in communications, preferably within a professional services or legal environment, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to travel and work outside of normal business hours as required.
