Job Description

Position Summary:

This is an entry level position within the loan operations department. The position requires a highly organized and focused individual that will report directly to the Loan Operations Manager. As a member of the lending team, Loan Operations Specialist I works closely with all ICBB lending staff, including credit analyst, lenders, and senior management. This position also involves communicating with other banks and their lending and credit staff. Primary duties for this role include but are not limited to:

Primary Duties:

• Review Department Reports (Rotating)
• Morning Reports (Rotating)
• Post Payments
• Post Draws
• Daily GL Reconciliation
• Insurance Tracking
• Force Place Insurance
• Process Paid out loans/Release Collateral/ File Retention
• Participation Loan Confirmations
• Customer Research
• Prepare Participation Agreements
• Stock Inventory Tracking & Filing
• Prepare and Send Collateral Receipts
• Request and save Participation Loan Info Sheets

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• Experience with Microsoft and is able to adapt to evolving technology
• Communicates clearly and effectively, both verbal and written
• Possess the knowledge to manually calculate accrued interest when needed
• Maintains a positive attitude and works harmoniously with ICBB and customer bank staff
• Has the ability to stay organized and complete tasks efficiently and accurately with extreme attention to detail
• Is trustworthy and can maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times
