POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

Line Cooks
You’ll be executing dishes that showcase precision, consistency, and creativity. Our kitchen is fast-paced and quality-driven, and we’re looking for cooks who take pride in the craft and enjoy being part of a tight, high-performing team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior experience as a line cook in a fast-paced, elevated kitchen

  • Strong knife skills and understanding of multiple cooking techniques

  • Ability to stay calm, clean, and focused in high-volume service

  • Commitment to quality, timing, and consistency

  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays 

Prep Cook
this role is foundational to the success of our service. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day prep tasks including mise en place, ingredient prep, dough and pasta work, and station setup. Ideal for candidates who are organized, motivated, and eager to grow in a professional kitchen.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a prep or line cook role, or recent culinary school grads

  • Familiarity with dough, pasta, pastry, and knife work

  • Ability to follow recipes and prep lists independently

  • Excellent communication and attention to detail

  • Morning, weekend, and holiday availability preferred
