At Nile Legacy, we are currently hiring for a Junior Recruiter to help achieve our growth goals. The ideal Junior Recruiter is someone with previous experience working with people, great at communication, self-sufficient with the proper training, a team player, and hard working.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Overseeing the recruiting and vetting process for new candidates for sales roles
• Scan candidates in online marketplaces, reach out to those who are qualified
• Report directly to senior management
• Advance into organizational development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, recruiting, or business management is ideal but not required
• Excellent networking skills
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite and basic technology
• Internally motivated
• Genuine, positive attitude
