Location: Georgetown/Lexington, KY
Salary: $75,000 annually

SodexoMagic is seeking a dynamic  Food Production Manager to join our team at  Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky (TMMK)—  Toyota’s largest vehicle production facility in the world — located in  Georgetown, KY , just north of Lexington. This is a  high-visibility role at a flagship manufacturing campus, serving thousands of team members daily in one of the most fast-paced and operationally complex environments in corporate dining.

In this  production-focused culinary leadership role, you’ll report to the Executive Chef and play a critical part in daily kitchen execution, food quality, and back-of-house operations. With over $3.5 million in annual volume , this is a unique opportunity to lead from the front and make a daily impact at a showcase account.

  • Oversee daily production across multiple café and catering platforms
  • Lead and inspire culinary teams to deliver fresh, flavorful, and high-quality meals at scale
  • Uphold safety, sanitation, and HAACP compliance with precision
  • Support training, coaching, and development of the culinary team
  • Execute consistently in a fast-paced environment focused on excellence and innovation

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
