Job Description
Adecco is assisting a top healthcare client hiring for a **Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM)** to support reimbursement and patient access for a cardiovascular therapy. This is a **Field-Based, temp-to-hire** role requiring **80% travel** across the **Los Angeles Metro** area.
**Responsibilities for the FRM include but are not limited to:**
+ Provide reimbursement training and on-site/virtual education to healthcare providers (15 interactions per week)
+ Guide offices through benefit investigation, prior authorizations, claims, appeals, and billing/coding practices
+ Collaborate with internal case managers and specialty pharmacy
+ Assist offices in accessing patient assistance and co-pay support programs
+ Document activities in CRM for program performance reporting
**Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:**
+ 8+ years of healthcare reimbursement experience
+ Experience with Medicare, commercial payers, prior auths, appeals, claims
+ Familiarity with buy & bill or specialty pharmacy processes
+ Strong communication, training, and organizational skills
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
+ Must reside in LA Metro and be able to travel up to 80%

**Pay Details:** $44.00 per hour
