Role Description

We are looking for 3 Logistic Brokers that will be working onsite in the office (schedule is M-F, W-S). The Experience Brokers will be responsible for managing and coordinating logistics for clients, ensuring efficient transportation of goods. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with carriers and clients, negotiating rates, tracking shipments, and resolving any logistical issues that arise. The role requires maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in tracking and shipment management systems
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities
• Ability to work independently and able to provide effective communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistic softwares such as rose rocket, RTMS, DAT, Macro-point
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field is preferred
