Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

Executive & Operations Support, Communications & Outreach, and HR Coordination

  • Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and event logistics for leadership.
  • Oversee vendor coordination, purchasing, document systems, and facility services.
  • Prepare internal and external reports, presentations, and updates.
  • Assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Lead social media strategy, content creation, and performance tracking.
  • Create newsletters, press releases, and branded materials.
  • Coordinate outreach and build community partnerships.
  • Ensure cohesive messaging across platforms and audiences.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Organize training sessions and assist with performance management.
  • Serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
  • Help implement policies and ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years in executive support, operations, communications, or HR.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills.
  • Experience with social media management and digital tools.
  • Confidentiality, adaptability, and professionalism required.
