You will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates to help build a robust pipeline for our open positions. As a Freelance Technical Recruiter, you will be working closely with our Recruitment team, and leveraging several software products to help manage processes and increase productivity. This is a fully remote position, you can be based in any location in LATAM. The Job Your qualifications and experience Must have 3+ years of recruitment full-cycle experience for software and product development staffing needs Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage dynamic priorities, resources, and time demands. Deep knowledge of sourcing techniques. Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs). Upper-intermediate/Advanced English. What we expect from you 100% alignment with our core values!
