Job Duties:

• Oversee all initial and reappointment credentialing processes for healthcare providers.
• Collect and submit credentialing documentation in accordance with assigned provider network requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date provider databases, tracking systems, and credentialing files.
• Perform primary source verification as required.
• Provide timely and detailed status updates on credentialing activities.
• Monitor credentialing progress to ensure accuracy and proactively identify re-credentialing needs.
• Review credentialing documents for compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and contractual obligations.
• Manage and maintain corporate provider contract records.
• Enter and update provider data in online credentialing systems and databases.
• Track license and certification expiration dates to ensure timely renewals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of compliance standards and credentialing procedures.
• Proven experience in credentialing and re-credentialing processes.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills to maintain detailed records.
• Ability to communicate effectively with providers, insurance representatives, and internal teams.
• Strong follow-up skills to ensure timely completion of enrollment and credentialing tasks.
• Experience in managing logs and spreadsheets for tracking credentialing activities.
