Pharmacists supervise and direct support personnel. In the absence of the pharmacy manager, a staff pharmacist may be required to assume the essential responsibilities and perform the duties of the pharmacy manager. Must be patient-focused, team-oriented and have strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills as well as an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Job Requirements EducationRequired: Bachelors in PharmacyPreferred: Doctor of PharmacyExperiencePreferred: Post-graduate Pharmacy Residency TrainingSkillsProficient in using computers and computer systems such as excel, word, and power pointGood verbal and written communication skillsAble to work independently and collaboratively in teamsLicensure/Certification/RegistrationLicensed by Missouri Board of Pharmacy as Pharmacist or eligible for licensure by Missouri Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacist and obtains licensure within 90 days of hire.**Eligibility for licensure requires submission of application for Pharmacy License at time of hire**
