Superintendent III needed in NC for Education projects!

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Superintendent III to oversee the construction of state-of-the-art schools across NC. Your new role

📋 Oversee all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking to final inspection
🛠️ Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to ensure timely and quality execution
🧱 Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards
📆 Develop and maintain project schedules, adjusting as needed to meet deadlines
🧰 Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
🤝 Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve issues
📞 Lead daily site meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
🧾 Maintain accurate documentation including daily logs, reports, and safety records

What you'll need to succeed

🏗️ 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a strong background in ground-up projects
🏫 Prior experience building K-12 or higher education facilities highly preferred
🧑‍💼 Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams and complex schedules
📐 Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes
💻 Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
🚗 Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within NC.
📄 OSHA 30 certification preferred
