Job Title: Associate Designer

Job Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate Designer to become a vital part of our dynamic design team. This role will involve collaborating closely with the Design Director and contributing significantly to the creative process, ensuring our commitment to producing beautiful and authentic designs with high-quality materials.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on market trends, inspirations, and seasonal color palettes, recolor prints.
• Create hand sketches of initial concepts for the pattern maker
• Work in partnership with internal design teams and Design Director with design development.
• Manage sample shipments effectively.
• Handle various tasks as needed to meet project deadlines, maintaining a positive attitude.
• Participate in line review meetings with the Design Team to assess samples.
• Assist in all product-related initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• A minimum of two years of experience in juniors/ women’s dress categories
• A portfolio reflecting Illustrations , CADs, Mood/Trend boards
• An eye for detail regarding style, color, fabric, and construction techniques.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and MS Office
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A strong sense of urgency and ability to thrive in fast-paced environment.
