Job Description

Our Company

Changing the world through digital experiences is what Adobe’s all about. We give everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We’re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.

We’re on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!

The Opportunity

The Corporate Strategy team works closely with Adobe’s top executives and our three business units (Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Experience Cloud) to ensure that the company stays on its fast growth trajectory. We have played an active role in some of Adobe’s boldest and most strategic decisions, such as its well-publicized transition to cloud, expansion into digital marketing leadership, and positioning around Generative AI.

Today, Adobe is at the forefront of digital experiences worldwide—supporting creatives with tools to design new content and enabling global enterprises in digital transformation and experience business creation.

What You’ll Do

As a Corporate Strategy Manager, you will join our entrepreneurial team, including alumni from management consulting and experts in digital media and marketing. Your responsibilities will include developing product strategies, assessing technological trends, analyzing the competitive landscape, determining Adobe’s strategic positioning, and exploring market adjacencies (build, buy, or partner). You will lead projects and cross-functional initiatives to accelerate Adobe’s growth, supporting senior executives and gaining insights into their decision-making processes. This role offers unparalleled exposure to senior leadership and pathways to operational and management roles within Adobe.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Currently enrolled in an MBA program, graduating between December 2024 and June 2025

  • 3-4 years of experience leading impactful change, preferably in management consulting, internet, or SaaS strategy

  • Strong intellectual curiosity about technology trends and long-term industry shifts

  • Ability to develop ‘outside-in’ market perspectives and craft clear recommendations

  • Structured problem-solving skills, capable of breaking down complex issues

  • Hypothesis-driven approach with executive presence

  • Ability to influence and drive action among senior cross-functional stakeholders

  • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Experience leading teams and mentoring

Our compensation reflects labor costs across U.S. markets, with a range of $99,500 to $201,800 annually, varying by location, skills, and experience. Additional incentives, including long-term stock options, may also apply. Specific salary details will be shared during hiring.

For sales roles, salaries include total target compensation (base + commission) with short-term incentives. Non-sales roles are based on base salary with annual incentives. Certain roles may also be eligible for equity awards.
